Here we are at Day 15!
You guys should be getting the hang of this by now, but it’s still HARD work, so here’s another set of exercises to change it up a bit!
It’s not a long time commitment (there’s only another week to go!) so stay the course and work it good! You CAN DO IT!
Remember, the harder you work, the easier it is next time, until you get to a point where you will enjoy staying in shape and it won’t feel like work any more.
