So here we are at Day 8!
If you have been managing to get to all your team training sessions, well done! If you haven’t – here’s another set of exercises to keep you going outside of the gym. Also, don’t be afraid to use these routines on other days too; you’ve only got 3 weeks to prove to yourself how fast you can get on track, so extra work is not going to hurt!
And don’t forget, if you don’t manage to get into the gym, we will want to know exactly where and when you managed to get through this workout?!
